Payment and delivery


Payment


To pay with a bank card, choose the payment method "Payment by card". After confirming the order, you will be taken to the monopay website, where you will need to enter the details of your payment card and undergo verification via SMS or use GooglePay, ApplePay or the monobank application.
Payment by cash or card upon receipt when ordering in Ukraine.
Payment in cash is possible only at the "Novaya Poshta" branch or the "Novaya Poshta" courier upon receiving the order. There are no commissions when choosing "Cash on Delivery" payment. Only the cost of the order and delivery is paid.


Delivery:


The shipment is carried out with the help of the logistics and delivery company "Nova Poshta".
When ordering up to UAH 3,000, the price is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs, together with gifts and good packaging. For orders from UAH 3,000, delivery is at our expense along with gifts and good packaging.
We ship on all weekdays and weekends on the day of the order.
All orders placed before 18:00 are shipped the same day. All orders after 18:00 are sent the next day.
Delivery times depend on the efficiency of postmen and how far you are (we ship everything from Ternopil). Sometimes delivery times may change due to the operator, this is beyond our control. But everything comes in a day or two.
Receipt of shipment: identification documents may be requested for receipt. If there are any problems with the delivery address or any problems with the product - write and tell us by phone number +380 67 668 05 62 or by e-mail khara.xena@gmail.com, please, thank you.

RETURN OF GOODS AND MONEY


In the event that you received a damaged edition or with a polygraphic defect (smearing of ink, non-printing of ink, unclear printing, glued pages, uneven trimming, inverted sheets, missing sheets) purchased from the online store on the paniartista.com website, and confirm it photo - we will refund the amount you spent on the copy.
If you find such damage, write a letter to khara.xena@gmail.com, attaching photos and specifying the order number. Refunds are made to the bank card from which the payment was made or in another way, if it was in the case of cash on delivery, determined by agreement. Refunds are made upon return of the damaged edition.
At the customer's request, we will replace damaged editions with undamaged copies.
