What are the available payment methods?

    1.    Secure card payment via acquiring from mono (can be paid through Apple Pay, Google Pay);

    2.    Payment upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker;

    3.    To the IBAN account of our legal entity (without VAT).

 

Do you issue a fiscal receipt?

After sending the order, you will receive a link to the fiscal receipt via email.

 

Is there a cash on delivery option? I want to see everything I’ve ordered first.

Yes, you can choose cash on delivery when placing an order in the cart. In this case, we pay the transfer commission.

 

Who pays for the delivery?

For orders under 3000 UAH, the recipient pays for the delivery. For orders over 3000 UAH, the delivery is paid by HarmanCoal.

 

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we deliver to European countries and America.

 

Do you ship via Ukrposhta?

Yes, we ship parcels domestically and internationally via Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta.

 

What if I entered the wrong phone number?

Call us and/or provide the order number.

 

Where can I find reports on the Game of Drones project?

All reports can be found in the Telegram channel -> https://t.me/khara_man_svit. Photo reports are also duplicated on Instagram.

 

Where is the best place to buy a frame for a poster?

For our works, we buy frames at JYSK or order custom sizes from framing workshops. We also recommend adding a mat when ordering. If you mention this in the framing workshop, they will understand! Choose a 100mm black mat.
